If we could think our way out of our problems we’d have been problem-free years ago! Ordinary mind can’t access the key to change a dysfunctional pattern from the past. Work with me inside the present-moment experience of the body and you can access the core beliefs and unblock the energetic defense that holds you hostage.
What holds us back is so much smaller than us. But the defense against repeated pain is strong with habit and our skewed view makes the old threats look real. They appear so solid but what is solid is our reliance on them. When we break the spell, life builds new worlds through us.
