Craniosacral Unwinding and Energy Work are the culmination of my 35 years of bodywork practice; they truly bring through my best work. The field that has cultivated me to support the free flow of life energy in my clients allows access to blockages that no longer serve well-being, though they were once important defenses.

When we slow down together within our contact and resolution increases what’s in the way can be met more easily, and freed. Vitality and intelligence bloom.
