My bodywork and energy work are informed by 35 years of experience; they truly bring through intuitive faculties like nothing else I do in life. They were once a bridge to the rest of humanity and so served to help me learn my own humanity. Bodywork taught me what boundaries are, what vital energy is, and how to direct it for healing.

Touch slows us down and coherence increases. We wake up to aliveness and to our potential. Vitality and intelligence bloom in the felt-sense. Our anchor in the world becomes more pleasurable, powerful and more purposeful. We come to rest in experience of essential self.
